Nestled in historic Bastion Square, this space is perfect for workshops and small gatherings. 

It is also the studio space for Elate Cosmetics and the offices for Carolyne Taylor & Associates so requests for space are considered on an individual basis.  Please provide us with the details for your request below and we will be in contact within 72 hours.


All event requests will be done via our booking request form below, and you will be confirmed within 72 hours.  If the space is confirmed the costs will be:

  • One Day – $250
  • Two Days – $450
  • Hourly or half day bookings will be considered.


Capacity is determined by the set-up you use.  On site we have the following items available for use:

  • 40 chairs
  • 6 x 6 x 2′ tables
  • 4 x 4′ round tables
  • a small fridge

Request the space:

  • Please provide us with the following details to request the event space.

  • When you choose your start date/time please be sure to include set-up time.
  • 12 Hour Clock (AM/PM)
  • When you choose your end date and time please be sure you include your clean-up time.
  • 12 Hour Clock (AM/PM)
  • Include things like # of people, what will be happening, whether this is a request for an ongoing (eg. every third Thursday of the month) etc. The more detail we have the better!
  • The maximum # is dependent on your set up.
  • If choosing yes, you must obtain a Special Event Permit liquor license and display appropriately. More information available here.
